The Sesher Acai Bowl

This bowl is an absolute fan favorite.  Fun Fact, we developed this recipe 10 years when we opened the Blenders & Bowls food truck in Austin, TX! 

Grab your blender and add all of the frozen fruit!  You will need a strong blender and a stick buddy to mash the blend.  The consistency should be so thick you can turn your blender over and nothing will spill out.  After you have blended the fruit to perfection grab your spatula and scoop out the blend into your bowl.  

For the toppings you will want to add the granola first!! Then add the fresh fruit to the top of the granola.  We always like to drizzle our bowls with local honey for the perfect garnish!



  • 3 oz acai 
  • 2 oz frozen banana
  • 1 oz frozen strawberries 
  • 3 oz nut milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter


  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 oz banana
  • 1 oz cashews 
  • 1 oz cacao nibs
  • 1 oz rasins
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
